Maple Colada

Ingredients

  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail maple cream
  • 30 ml (1 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
  • 90-120 ml (3-4 oz.) coconut milk
  • Pieces of banana, mango, and/or pineapple
  • A pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a tall glass.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, fresh mint, star anise, a slice of pineapple and a pineapple leaf.
