Maple Colada
Ingredients
- 30 ml (1 oz.) Cabot Trail maple cream
- 30 ml (1 oz.) Chic Choc Spiced Rum
- 90-120 ml (3-4 oz.) coconut milk
- Pieces of banana, mango, and/or pineapple
- A pinch of nutmeg
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass.
- Garnish with whipped cream, fresh mint, star anise, a slice of pineapple and a pineapple leaf.
